Payment and Cancellation Policy
1. You will receive a GoCardless payment link approximately 3 days before your appointment. Please complete the payment at least 48 hours before your scheduled treatment. Any appointments not paid by that time will be automatically canceled.
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
3. Please make sure you read all pre-appointment emails as they contain essential information.
4. Arrive on time—late arrivals or no-shows will be charged the full fee as we cannot extend appointment times.
5. Packages are valid for one year from purchase, and gift cards are valid for six months and non-refundable.
Important Pre-Appointment Notices
• Hair Regrowth for Waxing: Please ensure you have at least 4.5 weeks of hair regrowth before booking a waxing appointment (except for underarm, upper lip, and eyebrow waxing). If regrowth is insufficient, we won’t be able to carry out the treatment, and the appointment will be charged in full. Check our waxing page for details.
• Pregnancy: If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, we cannot perform any treatments.
• Medication: If you’re using any oral or topical medication from your GP, please let us know before booking a facial.
• Medical Treatments: If you’ve had any cancer treatment (such as radiotherapy or chemotherapy) in the last five years, you must inform us in writing at contact@skindose.co.uk and note this in your consultation forms.
Failure to follow these policies will result in being charged the full appointment fee.
