Please be aware of SkinDose's payment and cancellation policy.

All clients who have an appointment at SkinDose will be required to pay for their appointment at least 48 hours before the appointment takes place. You will be emailed a GoCardless payment link prior to this time. Any appointments not paid at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be cancelled.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable.

All important information and notices are included in the pre-appointment emails - please ensure these are read thoroughly.

Please allow plenty of time to arrive for your appointment. We are very busy so cannot allow extra time if you are late. Late arrivals or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
Packages bought at SkinDose are valid for a year from the date they are purchased. Gift cards are valid for six months from purchase date and are non-refundable.

Please be aware of some important notices below.
Hair regrowth for waxing
Please do not book waxing with SkinDose unless you have a minimum of 4.5 weeks of hair regrowth (this can be following any kind of hair removal such as shaving, epilation, laser hair removal or others). This is to ensure your safety and the full effectiveness of the treatment. The therapist will know if the hair does not have 4.5 weeks of regrowth, the appointment will not go ahead and you will be charged. For more information, please visit our waxing page. The only exceptions to this are under arm, upper lip and eyebrow wax.

Pregnancy
We are unable to carry out any treatments if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Medication
If you are on any oral or topical medication from your GP, please contact me first before you book a facial appointment.
Medical treatments
If you are undergoing any medical treatments (e.g. radiotherapy or chemotherapy for cancer) you MUST inform SkinDose beforehand in writing and also highlight this in any facial consultation forms. This includes any cancer treatment within the last 5 years. Please email contact@skindose.co.uk to inform SkinDose in writing.
If you arrive for any appointment having not adhered to the above, you will still be charged the full appointment fee. Thank you for your understanding.
